Extremely disappointed that Serenta failed to deliver my Mum's flowers on Mothers Day. I appreciate that mistakes happen, but this has caused me a huge inconvenience - The flowers were supposed to be my Mothers Day Gift!!
I chose Serenata Flowers over alternative florists because they guaranteed delivery on Sunday 26th March. As I live in the USA, due to the distance and time difference I can't easily arrange or deliver an alternative gift to my Mum myself, and therefore feel extremely let down by Serenta's failure to deliver on this occasion.
