my mothers flowers never arrived, when asked about it this company simply said they were left outside a large block of sheltered housing therefore they are covered and had no responsibility. Disgraceful for any company but for one who deals in gifts and kind gestures not acceptable. I will never use Serenata again they do not care about my business.
