Last night I ordered a bunch of flowers for my mum on moving house.
As I entered my card details the site froze and went back to homepage.
Without an email confirmation, I did the exact same order again.
Then I got two confirmation emails to say both orders had been done!after emails because they have no contact number, the bunches could not be stopped. They also won't refund one of orders even though it was their fault! Who wants to pay for the exact same flowers, to same person with the same message!
I've had orders of poor quality before too. All fool me for thinking they would be ok this time!
Advice; don't use them!
