DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
More importantly what went right - I ordered some flower for a work colleague who was recovering from an operation. From the picture I ordered there were beautiful roses, lisianthus, and various other flowers and foliage. What was delivered were 3 carnations, 1 lisianthus and not a lot else. Cannot get in touch with Seranata except by email and then they say the flowers that were delivered were like the ones in the photograph. Definitely not worth the £40+ paid.
