Ordered bereavement flowers to New Zealand from UK on 22/06/17. Received email confirming delivery would be 24/06/17. Then nothing. Emailed to chase it and was told because of the area it had to be sent by courier and would arrive 27/06/17. The funeral was 26/06/17. They will not accept responsibility but blame it on their 'partner florist' whose details they will not reveal.
Steer clear of these jokers. They have made a blunder that is unfixable here. They will take your money even if they cannot deliver.
