Initially the bouquet mum sent was beautiful, however, as previous reviewers have stated, the flowers didn't last, and without an order number you cannot contact the company.
As these were a gift from my mum, i don't want to upset her by asking for the order number, so despite having photographs, i can't complain to the company!
I'm also presuming that they arrived later than mum was anticipating, as when i called her to thank her, she was surprised that they'd only just turned up.
