I ordered these flowers for a very dear friend on her 81st birthday. Her family put a picture up on face book and I was horrified at what you sent. Nothing like the picture you promised and I paid for. Disappointed that I was given a false impression of my order. Please may I have my money back so I can give my friend a decent bunch of flowers
