The flowers I ordered for a funeral on Saturday did not arrive at the crematorium until Monday.
I was emailed by Serenata on Saturday afternoon to inform me the flowers had not been delivered due to there being no one to leave them with.
I then requested a refund as the flowers were required on Saturday and any time after would be pointless. No refund was given and the flowers delivered 2 days later, which by then, had completely lost their point.
