I have customed serenata for many years.
Previous custom from Serenata resulted in delayed delivery. I decided to give it another chance as I was provided with an acceptable explaination.
This custom was worse than before. Not only that Serenata did not honour their Flower Policy where they would provide a full refund if it were not delivered in time, but I have also noticed that they have removed the policy from their web page.
Even though the customer service team replies very promptly, none of them can provide a solution. I ended up repeating myself many times regarding the same issue. And there was no solution provided.
I once thought that Serenata would be an excellent solution for those living overseas ordering and sending flowers to their loved ones in the UK. Sadly, it is far from the truth. What was meant to be a surprise delivery ended up with me asking the recipient to stay at home the whole day for nothing.
Considering that there are other options with much better customer services out there such as Amazon, I would advise on thinking twice before customing Serenata again.
