The flowers that i ordered for my girlfriend's birthday were old. It was a bouquet from 45 pound and some of the flowers were brown on arrival. Others died after one day. Also i think the bouquet was too small for the money.
Serenata flowers did deal with the complaint and have Promiss a refund but it ruïned my surprise. Sorry Serenata flowers i dont know where those flowers came from but If i were you i wouldnt order from that supplier again.
