I visited the site during work so I got distracted before completing my purchase and was met with an email of a sad little puppy with a flower in his mouth and some well-thought wording which instantly brought me back to the site. All of the emails and notifications I received were humorous and well-written and the emotional sentiments and phrasing worked (or maybe I'm just a soppy sod!)
