First time i’ve Used Serenata and have to say most impressive. Not only were flowers delivered free on Sunday but I was kept up to date every step of the way in a most amusing fashion by email. I knew that my friend would be phoning me as soon as I was informed that the flowers had been delivered. She loved them and they cheered her up a treat. Many thanks. I will use Serenata again for sure.
