I was sending birthday flowers from Canada to my niece in Manchester. First I tried via one of the big international florists very popular in North America that I have used many times before... I had so much trouble with it that I gave up. Then I tried Serenata and it was all said and done, exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price, in a couple of minutes. They followed up with notification (accurate) of delivery in a rather entertaining little email. I'm perfectly happy with quality, ease of ordering, and customer service, and will definitely use them again.
