My daughters flowers were delivered and left in her apartment lobby and as a result were taken!! I contacted Serenata and told them of the mix up and after a couple days and they had no response from their driver they offered me a refund or another bouquet! I chose the bouquet and although it was a week late a lovely bouquet was delivered and received! Thanks Serenata
