We live in New Zealand and have used Serenata Flowers on several occasions to send flowers to friends and family in the UK.. The service has always been excellent with frequent updates. We don't always hear from the recipient and our most recent gift to a friend in a rest home on her 96th birthday remains unacknowledged as our friend has little memory. We are pleased that we can trust Serenata's service.
