The flowers and Card are lovely and arrived on time before 10.30am. The one issue I have was as no one was available to sign for them they were put in a safe place. It would have been helpful if a card had been left stating where they had been left. They were a birthday present and I had to email you late afternoon, feeling rather annoyed as it seemed as they hadn’t been delivered to find out where they were. Apart from that all was great
