I accidentally put the wrong address and delivery date on my order (very blonde moment). I filled out the online form to contact the company and had an email reply within an hour asking me to confirm the correct details. Again I filled in the online form and I had an email reply to say all the necessary details had been changed. I had an email dispatch and delivery notification as well. Very good communication and very good service all round
