Although I've never received any flowers; I order online delivery for friends' & family birthday; I have never had a problem with either the online order, the delivery or any negative comments re quality etc. I can, therefore, assume a 5* rating is a fair rating. What I like the most is that I get a confirmation email when the flowers have been delivered. I will keep using Serenata!!
