I only give Serenata flowers 1 star because it is not possible to give any less!! Ordered a delux bouquet on behalf of my work mates for a colleagues 50th birthday. When we looked at the flowers that had cost us £25, we were so disappointed. We could have got better from a supermarket for £10!
Contacted customer services to advise of my dissatisfaction and the response from them was that they were acceptable.
Will never, ever use them again in future!!
