I could copy-paste any of the complaints below as everything as been said: They pretended I wasn't home while I was home, tracking the little truck on my computer every minute coming to my place to studently putting an error message saying I wasn't home! Then, you try to talk with a human being to solve your problem but always end up with automated service...the only place you can be answered by a human is via messenger where she shows absolutely no interest on your problem just mentioning the new delivery date. basically, their customer service is quasi inexistent.
