Worst delivery experience ever. Simply too lazy to enter the marina my boat was located at and claimed ‘unable to deliver because of absence’. The marina has a reception manned with 3 people all day AND I was on the boat as well. No call, no SMS. Full address details and phone number where given. With the same details I received packages from several other courier services.
Instead I am informed by a rather rude chat agent that they ‘delivered’ to one of their lockers. The customer service chat agent then simply hung up without even greeting.
When I went to the locker it asks for bar code or QR code, none of which I had received. The package ID I entered manually would not work.
Next day, new chat (bot only, impossible to get to an agent). Now I learn the package got delivered to another locker. We’ll see what happens there.
What would have been 10 minutes for the delivery guy cost me hours of my time.
