After 14 days, 20 + phone calls, finally found out where they had left my parcel, had to go and collect it. Contents packing damaged. Won't ever order anything on line if DPD/Seur has anything to do with it.
Note. If you have problems with Seur, ring Andre on 933368585, the only helpful person in Seur.
