My delivery was supposed to arrive on a Tuesday. I organized myself to stay at home. In the middle of the afternoon, I receive an email saying 'your delivery has been partially delivered'... However, I haven't received anything at all, and no one rang the doorbell. After that, it was impossible to talk to anyone. Lola, the online chat, was not helpful at all. Still no updates after 1 week. And no idea what to do.... SEUR must offer a Customer Service + information by phone
