Dire absolutely dire, I am amazed that this company are still in business.
If I could have put ZERO STARS I would have done!
They say they have tried to deliver but they haven’t, we stay in waiting then when we challenge them they say we have given them the wrong address, it’s happened so many times and we’re completely and utterly fed up with them.
