Three times and my neighbours say the same, your drivers never try to deliver to the home. Just say "not at home". Your driver has now left a parcel so far away I had to to get a taxi to retireve it!! I have messages you SIX times to tell you a pick up shop is 5 minutes from my home. You have not responded once. What a terrible service ou have. I will make sure whenever I buy online that you are not the courier.
Also the shop you left it in is on holiday for 15 days after tomorrow. A map would have shown you the nearest pickup shop. Do you homework
