What an incompetent and useless company. How is it "impossible to access the address" when thousands of other delivery company do? Even after I provided them with a Google Maps link. I don't live in the middle of the woods, it's literally next to a highway... After a week of delays their favourite solution of sending it to a pick up point was made and I told them it would be very difficult for me since I don't have a car and the package is 10kg and 100cm. So they want me to carry them (2 separate packages by the way) down a hill for 30 minutes. Amazing. No compensation or nothing. I hope they go out of business asap.
