My suitcase was supposed to arrive in 3/4 working days. It ended up arriving after 17 working days. It took numerous calls to 3 different client service numbers, emails and claims, lots of back-and-forths and straight-up lies to my face. Also, the client service numbers don't work outside of Spain, even if you call with a Spanish SIM, so if you're sending something abroad from Spain, you better have someone there to support you reach out to Seur.
