We always have problems with Seur. They claim to have delivered parcels when they haven't made any attempt. Today at midday they claimed to have tried to deliver the parcel at 2.03 p.m. it was only 12.15 p.m when that message was sent! I can't get in touch with them and they don't recognise Amazon's order number. My friends and children have had the same prom with Seur. Parcels at best, left in pick up points even for people who have no transport to pick them up. This must be the worst most dishonest company in Spain.
