They said I requested a different delivery address for the pick up point which was a complete lie ! The pickup point was on an industrial estate out side of town and virtually impossible for me to get to. The driver just couldn't be bothered to drive into town or to my address the service us dismal and unbelievable that they lue to make life easier for themselves frankly they don't even deserve 1 star but there is no option for anything less
