Pure scam, a total disgrace of the service. Doesn't deserve even one star! A friend sent me a package for my birthday. I was at home ALL week .They told my friend online that it was delivered on the 31st of July ... a complete lie ! I was at home and they had my mobile phone number, and NO ONE from SEUR delivered the package and came. NO information about when they'll be coming via email for delivery or where to pick up the package! Now they say the package was in one of their warehouse for 10 days waiting to be pick up ... How can you pick it up if no one tells you from where and why would you have to do that if I am at home and my friend paid for package to be deliver to my house and sign ...Pure scam, a total disgrace of the service. When I called the claims department, they hung up on me !
