Ordered online. Item dispatched without notifying me. Then put in the bin by the courier without my knowledge or agreement. No after delivery update.
SGS and DHL refuse responsibility for missing/ abandoned parcel.
Shame.
I’d rather pay little bit more and have a proper service.
