Ordered a 50l compressor on Friday which arrived on Tuesday. Unfortunately on opening the packaging, there was some damage. After a conversation with the customer services team SGS arranged to collect and replace on the same date which was most convenient to us.
Problems will always arise, but how a company manages these is a measure of quality.
Very happy and would use SGS again.
