Just a word of warning to anyone looking to order from SGS.
I ordered some axle stands before Christmas and one arrived faulty. I reported the issue the day after delivery and after nearly 3 months they have still not resolved the issue. At every stage I have had to chase the issue as they stop responding and they even sent the wrong replacement parts out.
Now I am left with faulty items and I’ve been told if I want a refund I just need to pay to return the items.
My items were quick to arrive, but the customer service has been nothing short of appalling. Now they have my money they have no interest in sorting out my issue.
