Purchased a compressor, it looked refurbished when delivered but assured it was not, it went wrong and could not call customer service but miraculously the sales line answers after 3 rings but they can put you directly through to customer service either so you sit on hold for 20-30 mins until the line disconnects.
The email service just runs you through a load of pointless checks that do not relate to your issue, in my opinion it is just to delay.
Now asking to return for full refund as after a week of no resolve I’m buying elsewhere snd never use this company again.
