Excellent product ( 2.5ton Aluminium trolley jack ). More significantly is that when the couriers lost the initial jack prior to delivery SGS were exemplary in their customer support dispatching a replacement which arrived the following day. The outcome was good and very importantly the way in which the staff provided help and resolved the issue was kind and supportive.
