Purchased a 5 in 1 multi tool (https://www.sgs-engineering.com/gpm501-52cc-five-in-one-multi-tool) in August, The product stopped working in under 2 hours from removing the unit from the box and is still non functional in my garage in October. The company only bother to reply with a standard email telling you how to start the engine which doesn’t solve the problem and to say the products they sell products similar quality to Stihl what a joke then they don’t reply to any communication at all. This case is now with the credit card company as you get nowhere contacting this company. This companies’ customer service is possibly one of the worst I have had the misfortune to deal with. I would have rated them at 0 stars, but it wasn't available. If you want a product that doesn't work and customer service that is shocking, then buy from this company but I would avoid at all costs and find a supplier that offers better service and better quality products.
