I purchased a parts washer from SGS which arrived when expected. It was extremely well packaged. On assembly I found that there was a missing vital component. I phoned SGS and explained the problem giving them the part number from the assembly diagram. After sending them a photo of the part assembly SGS agreed to send me the missing component. That arrived within the week mainly being delayed by the courier company. All I can say is that the quality of the SGS parts washer is excellent and eclipsed by the service I received when something was wrong.
