Bought a strimmer/ brushcutter back in july used the line attatchment supplied, machine was used 5 times and fell apart with strimmer head breaking of shaft, safety button broke, pull cord broke, and the bracket on the shaft holding the strimmer/blade part broke of aswell was contacted when this happened 3 weeks after purchase still not recieved parts or offer of replacement strimmer, constant lies from customer service when you call them definately wouldnt buy again will be asking for refund from paypal hopefully that either makes sgs act on the replacment machine or parts or im issued refund
