I'd been given a second-hand strimmer which hadn't been used for a year and had a fault, so I contacted SGS who sent photos of how to take the strimmer apart, which I (a complete novice) did. They checked the photo I sent them of the part I'd removed, confirmed that it was faulty and arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. The company were friendly, patient and extremely helpful 😀
