Ordered gas struts. Was told they would arrive next day. Recieved an email 2 days later saying their courier was having problems. 1 week later and even after two further calls, item still hasn't arrived. Was promised a call back today within 2 hours. Nothing. If you want to use all your mobile call credit you can try their customer services.
No order confirmation so you don't get an order number if ordering over the phone, no confirmation of despatch. No reply to emails. Absolute liars. Sham of a company and a bunch of thieves.
