shocking company DO NOT USE, sent a gas strut, called twice no luck, The problem is 'Tom' is not in according to Ryan, so I asked to speak to the MD or complaints, was transfererd to customer service and it rang out. Im now holding as 'caller No 10' in the cue.
Warning to all, dont use this company, this is not the first time I have had issues, sending goods to the incorrect address and refusing refund when I cancelled the item without deducting postage cost when it was their own fault. They are on p-ar with BT, no customer service or accountability.
