Goods have not turned up. I have not been sent a tracking number. Customer service is a joke.
When I finally get through on the phone, (emails don’t get answered) I am fobbed off with an excuse about it being so busy, the courier is struggling to catch up, customer services can’t talk to dispatch as they’re in a different building.........all no good to me.
