Very easy to get through to Sales to place an order, but when you try to follow it up it is impossible. If you try to explain your problem to Sales, they transfer you to a dead "Customer Service" line, which noone ever answers.
I phoned Sales back on several occasions and said" Please listen to me, and do not cut me off" and they cut me off immediately.
Is this company going bankrupt? It is hard to imagine that they can treat their customers like this, and stay in business
Gas struts late on delivery, and noone will talk.
