Sounds like people are in the same boot ordered on the 11th April for next day no tracking number supplied waited 55 minutes on the phone then got cut off finally sent email ask for a refund and was told no refund as parcel had already been dispatched and then another email as they said it would be reshipped on Monday ask if it could be delivered first thing Wednesday and still waiting and still no tracking number so now waiting for a refund would never use these again
