Toolbox ordered 17 days ago. Spurious tracking info provided, really hard to get through to customer service, no explanation except ‘we’re really busy’. Emailed the CEO - no response.
Despite what you pay for, T&C states they have 30 days to deliver.
Understand that companies going through hard times - honesty is free though.
