Disgrace of a company!!! Still waiting for faulty
item to be collected from February after opening parcel and seeing product was faulty. After sending evidence of faulty products, we are still here 3 months later chasing for a refund and waiting for item to be collected. PROMISED AGAIN item would be collected today, have now taken 2 unpaid days of work and still nothing. I have been to trading standards- maybe they will close you down ASAP
