In my experience really poor product and poor customer service - bought a stainless steel toolbox - both wheels came off - handle cracked - then whole handle arrangement came apart.
It’s supposed to be under guarantee but SGS won’t do anything about it except to say - I can buy the spare parts and they never have any problems with this item ( yeah right!! Why have spare parts then!!!) don’t buy / avoid - poor poor poor.
