I had a toolbox delivered early December for my sons birthday which is on the 1st of January, when the delivery arrived the box was “completely” undamaged so I didn’t check the contents I left it wrapped up. After unpacking it yesterday it was extensively damaged to the top and door fronts and the inner runner that allows the front door to slide up and over. I emailed SGS who asked for everything twice but I sent it over even pictures of the box (opened but undamaged) and they have rejected it saying it’s too late to dispute with the courier and that’s it. I have pointed out that the goods were obviously “packaged” damaged and have opened a dispute. The products offered by this company are as Micky mouse as the owners who sell them avoid they are not a trustworthy company. I am not a serial complainer I would sooner endorse a company that slate them but I cannot endorse these Rob dogs. If I stop one person buying from these this review has been worthwhile.
