Bought a 72” tool chest from them in nov 24, 2 days later I moved workshop to find the floor where the castors mount is bent from the weight of the box alone, hadn’t filled it at that point knowing I was moving on. Contacted customer service and I’m still waiting for their final decision today after a lot of back and forth with many people. Absolute joke. It’s really not the best quality and for the money I would have expected a lot better, worst part that bothers me is the drawers don’t fully extend so youre left with around 30mm still inside the case. Have bought sgs boxes before and they were much better quality.
