Ordered item as they promised next day delivery and said it was in stock. 2 working days later I noticed it had not arrived so checked on the order and it still said processing. I contacted their customer services who said it was out of stock and wouldn't be in stock for several weeks. Disappointing that the stock status was incorrect when ordering, and even more disappointed that I was not contacted to apologise and advise further. Another alternative item was shown at one price on the search and then a higher price when you clicked on it. They agreed to refund but this is taking a while. Won't be using again.
